SC Golf - Illinois

SC Golf Course is a nine-hole, par 22 public golf course, owned and operated by the Elmhurst Park District and Village of Villa Park. The course features large, meticulously maintained, undulating Bentgrass greens, comparable to the best in the Chicago area. Also, a threeacre pond comes into play on four of the nine holes, providing a challenge for the more experienced player, yet playable enough for golfers with less experience. Renovations to the course in 2006 included additional sand bunkers and tees, extension of the cart path system, and changing hole #8 from a par 3 to a par 4. Additionally, the course layout was rearranged to allow for improved flow from hole to hole, and better pace of play.

The Clubhouse

The clubhouse features a banquet facility, a golf shop with a huge variety of golf equipment, (a lot of the items are reviewed in hybridgolfclubs.net) and an extended outside deck area. A cozy dining area with grill offers daily lunch and evening specials. A separate bar area is also available for serving beer, wine and spirits, to golfers before and after their round. The golf shop features professional equipment and apparel from leading companies in the industry.

Clubhouse Banquets

The SC Golf banquet facility is perfect for anniversaries, baptisms, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, showers, graduations and company meetings. Seating up to 50 guests (80 including outside deck, weather permitting), the clubhouse offers a warm fireplace, full stocked bar, and an outdoor deck that overlooks the golf course. With reasonable rental rates and the ability to have a fully catered party, SC Golf is the place to host your next event.

Leagues

Golf leagues are available for residents and non-residents who have a minimum of 12 players. The leagues are designed to offer a regular tee time on a weekly basis, Monday through Friday.
